Guidance document for healthcare organisations
We worked with men, men with lived experience of eating, exercise, and/or body image psychopathology (EEBIP), clinicians, the charity First Steps ED, and EEBIP academics to co-design a guidance document to inform the creation of public-facing outreach resources with men in mind. We hope this guidance can inspire EEBIP healthcare organisations to reach out to men in new ways, as suggested by the men we worked with.
Netflix show - Everything now
Our Founder, George, consulted on the Netflix show Everything Now. The show follows Mia, a young woman with experience of an eating disorder, leaving healthcare and wanting to catch up with everything she feels she missed.
developing a healthy relationship with exercise - Mind
Our founder, George, was part of a two year long working group with the amazing charity Mind. This group worked together to run webinars, develop resources and create some excellent films, all in an attempt to raise awareness for the importance of developing healthy relationships with exercise.

Free training tool Excessive exercise as part of any eating disorder - nottingham university and stacey bias
We worked with some incredible researchers from the University of Nottingham and Kings College London to create a free-to-use online training tool for exercise professionals (e.g., PTs, coaches, etc.) This training can help you spot the signs and know what to do next. The training includes an animation that we created (with huge thanks to the animator - Stacey Bias), which shares lived experience stories about excessive exercise as part of an eating disorder within gym settings.
